One problem I've been having with the grilled cheese press: my preferred lubrication for the press has been Bacon-up. Unfortunately, in its room temp form, it's solid. So, I've been having trouble gauging how much I need. After Dad complained about how much grease it left behind, he told me to figure out how much was actually necessary. My eventual answer: a heaping half teaspoonful.
