Iran was such a big thing according to many intellectuals. Back in April 2024 (when Iran first hit Israel with its useless missiles and drones) people were saying that Iran was too strong, that the US and allies could not risk a war with Iran. I even saw articles placing the Iranian armed forces in the top-ten armed forces of the world.
 
From my own experience inside armed forces I know that the situation inside armed forces may not always be as good as they want to project to the rest of the world. Besides issues like technology, intelligence, the organization of the whole thing, preparation are very important. That’s how a country of 10 million is able to defy basically the whole of the middle-east (half a billion people) and be successful in that
 
Yesterday, I had no idea what was going to happen. But Trump did drop GBU-57 on Fordo (and he hit Natanz and Istafan as well).

The only thing I am terribly curious about is did he drop several GBU-57 on that site or did only one such bomb do the entire work
 
Anyway: The IRI says they had already removed all the centrifuges before the strike. They probably hid the centrifuges next to the remains of Israeli F-35’s they have downed but did not let anyone see or share the pictures on social media
