Shrimp Lo Mein with extra shrimp. I had a frozen shrimp Lo Mein skillet dinner at home, and Aldi had fresh shrimp at half off, so I grabbed a package. I used a tip I'd read about where you put the shrimp on a wooden skewer so that when it comes time to flip the shrimp, you just flip the skewers. That worked well except for one snag. Getting the cooked shrimp off the skewer when you don't have fingers is a bit of a challenge.
