I bought a key for the game Age of Wonders 4 from a keyseller on September 22. It was supposed to be a key that was global, that would work in any region, but it wasn't, so I started the process of requesting a refund. After a number of confusing exchanges that led nowhere, I finally managed to get the screenshots demonstrating that the key was region locked to the right people and the right customer support ticket number earlier this week. For several days they've been trying to get me to accept store credit instead of a cash refund, at which I've continued insisting on the cash refund. I just checked my Paypal account, and they've finally refunded my money. I thought sure that I was never going to see that money again.
