Quote:Never said it was "sooooo great" (did I get all of the "ooo's" right? LOL)
Haha. They are all for you buddy!
Quote:It is obvious that there are TONS of problems with the system right now that need immediate attention, the dept of education is not one of them. Yet he makes that his priority if he gets elected.
I don't hear him mention it all that much. It is what his detractors like to talk about a lot. Mostly stopping the rampant military spending and foreign policy issues, is what I hear in the debates.. If I can stand watching them... Santorum looks like he is in a constant state of having to take a shit.

Myself personally I don't believe in a representative government. It should be the people representing themselves.
Quote:How about actually regulating the banks, instead of continuing to allow them to regulate themselves?
Ron Paul hates the banking system. The Federal Revere is the pinnacle of banking.

Quote:How about the BILLIONS of mispent and abused funds that go to the millitary industrial complex? How about stopping "no-bid" contracts?
He wants to close bases overseas. How about that for saving billions of dollars on the military industrial complex. Without all those bases you wouldn't have the crony contracts like Halliburton as well. Lots of money back into the states that can go to meaningful programs. Wars are expensive.
