This is a prime EXAMPLE of a documented plan to show that the government is willing to carry out such terrorist attacks on American soil. If Operation Northwoods has been exposed as a proposal to perform a FALSE FLAG operation, then it is possible and highly probable that the government would do anything (including 911) to push their N.W.O. agendas.
