"Pull it" is not a demolition term used when bombs are used to take down a building; rather, it is used when cables are used to literally pull down a building. In addition, neither Silverstein, nor the man he was talking to (the Fire Department commander) are in the demolition business, so the term "pull it" loses all meaning.
