If you ever read ethical philosophy, it says that abortion and murder of any kind is immoral. The exception may lie in some existentilism but even that would be fringe. This is common sense. Yet although I along with MILLIONS of other human beings know that abortion is not exactly a "saintly" action by any means, I still think that it should be legal and women should still have a choice. That's all I was saying.
I could say the same thing for drug use, it CAN be generally immoral when done EXCESSIVELY, but I think all drugs should be legalized as they are in the Netherlands. The job of the government is not to be the "Karma Police" as Radiohead would say or moral enforcers. People should be able to choose whatever they want to do... within reason.
I don't really care what you think of me personally. A Buddha is always misunderstood, especially by dishonest cynics. I understand your angst, but it does not perturb me.
