That's fine, I'm pretty sure they do. But two things:
1. If by the claim of "omnibenevolent", you mean "anything any particular believer wants to claim", then the term is meaningless.
2. Many believers cite the alleged existence of objective morality as a reason for belief. So from this sort of reference frame, no - believers don't get to make it up. However, non-believers do
