Would you give up a guaranteed place in heaven to save the souls of a 1000 atheists?
If you say no then you would not be judged or punished and be allowed into heaven anyway.
This is much like the question of whether God can make a rock so big he cannot move it--not really worth thinking about because it relies on faulty logic.
Besides most theists would also want to save all the theists that are not true believers. Atheists are just a drop in the bucket of all the heathens needing saved. :)
