Not even remotely OP... just with good reflexes she can be a pain in the left ankle of a ranged AD. The distance my shots may fire for the first time became a bad thing that game
Poor Koggy...And Teemo is just annoying as hell... together they shut down ranged AD in their lane (blind, riposte, and it's such a pain to catch them and kill them with the gap closer and move quick).
Teemo also makes it very hard to gank for a jungler... -_-
Dominion isn't as fun for me, but I'm glad for the option when I do want to play it.
