Sorry Moros and Mehmet.
A United Kingdom is more powerful economically together than split up. Although I do despise having to pay £9k a year when I start later this year, and Scotland charging non-Scots top whack.
I'm not fussed but. 'Some 54 per cent of people in Scotland questioned by Ipsos Mori for the thinktank British Future said they wanted to stay in the Union, against just 29 per cent who backed independence.'(http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/s...ngdom.html) On the other side of the story, that number wanting independence is increasing steadily, hense why SNP are not calling a referendum, yet. They'll give it a couple of more years of stagnation economics from our wonderful Conservatives to ramp up support, then POW.
