Asking someone why they support a Nazi policy isn't a question that can be answered directly because it is a loaded question. It's like asking someone "Have you stopped beating your wife?" Both "Yes" and "No" answers give the impression that the person has in the past or is still beating his wife.
In this case, the only way to answer such a stupid question is to point out how stupid it is. It's not a Nazi policy, and if it is, then I guess that makes the UK and Canada Nazi countries, but I daresay they work a lot better at healthcare than the USA.
