I use them as well. It takes a while to get used to, and while having a drink I tend to ache for a "real" cigarette.
It isn't quitting, and it is NOT a cessation aid, but while you try to cut down, you aren't completely killing yourself. It even works out cheaper in the long run.
They don't smell, your breath isn't screwed, they aren't completely unhealthy. To be honest I can't think of a single good reason to buy real cigarettes apart from the aforementioned drinking alcohol issue.
I can smoke in the casino with it playing poker too, which means I don't have to leave the table
