Seems a rather sad thing to debate over, who's got the "best" state. Maybe you should start the debate by asking "best at what?". Or ask why there isn't a debate being held about something more important, like war & foreign occupation, gay rights, drug legalisation, or the economy & job market. Yeah, I'm not really helping
