Who's talking about commandments? All those actions were in the bible and were endorsed by your god. Hence, your bible can be used to justify those actions.

So Christians can have political reason, but when they present religious reason as an excuse it is no longer political. Your logic is way off. If they present a religious reason to push a political agenda, it is still a political agenda. That does not mean the bible teaches us to use religion for political gains. On the contrary, the bible teaches separation of church an state. SO anybody using religion for worldly gains is akin to a whore (hence whore Babylon).
If they can use religion to justify whatever they are doing, then religion is to blame. By the way, there is nothing in the bible that calls for separation of church and state. Also, many Christians are using religion as an excuse to get type of society they want - free from prostitution, drugs, homosexuals etc. And that includes you. That is a worldly gain. So, by that definition, you are all whores.
