Okay, you are now never allowed to marry the person you love. That should be fine, right? No. It's ludicrous. People in love want to be married.

Quote:And even if you did, it's really questionable how you'd raise them, really.
I worry about how your kids will be raised.

Quote:I certainly oppose that too, I won't lie. I'd rather have pregnancies outside of marriage to end in a nice marriage, if not, it should not happen at all.
What if a woman wants a child, but doesn't want a husband? And by the way, your sexism upsets me. Fuck you. I don't need a husband because I'm weak. I don't need a husband at all.

Quote:I did. Maybe you should read my posts more carefully. It affects society, therefore it affects me.
Well, not exactly me, as I live far away from where you live, so it doesn't affect me directly. I'm opposed to the concept of gays marrying in general, not if they have the right to marry in the US or not.
I know for damn sure that this comedia will not play in my country, as we're obviously not "modernized" enough for this sort of crap to happen in our country.
So, you're against basic human rights. Gotcha.

Quote:Does it? But I guess the fact that we(the normal people) have the privilage to marry has everything the fuck to do with gays, as they want the same privilages. They are very uncomfortable with the fact that there are certain things before society that differentiate us from them. That is why they want to get married. Not because they're in love, not because they want to share property. Because they want to agitate normal society, that's it. They want traditional marital values to end, so that they can feel more normal about themselves. The same reason why they want to adopt children. I've said this about a few times now.
Homosexuals want to marry for the same reasons everyone else wants to get married. Next you'll be telling me the Jews are evil and that's why it's okay to starve them to death.

Quote:You get your benefits from the state. The state is responsible for protecting the family and marriage. For these are essential to the future of the state itself, sorry.
The government sometimes has to engage into social engineering on it's part, just like you try to do so, by trying to normalize homosexuality.
The state is responsible for it's pocketbook. Have no illusions, government has not cared for the good of the people in a long time. Additionally, homosexuality is normal. We see it often in nature. The politicians are just trying to save their own asses so they can get re-elected.
