Not true. A one time pad is impossible to break. In this cipher, you can make some educated guesses at what some of the words are (for instance, a single character on its own is going to either be an A or an I. That means some of the plaintext is compromised, which means that theoretically you could figure out more of it, and then reverse engineer the cipher and apply it to the entire message.
Also, I've said that if you want to give me a plaintext to encrypt using the same key, or a different key, just let me know.
