So, the fact that your cult has persecuted nearly every other religious cult and just about all forms of pagan worship can be swept aside because it hasn't specifically targeted atheists? You sip some strong tea, sister.Who said anything about "swept aside", Epimethean? The thread is about anti-atheism. If this was about hate of Protestants, then perhaps it would be relevant.

If an atheist said something about "religion deprives people of their humanity", would you say that's "intolerant"? Even that counts as a more direct reference than your own quote. Within the context of Christianity, "God's absence" is hatred and sin, not atheism.
Mary Immaculate, star of the morning
Chosen before the creation began
Chosen to bring for your bridal adorning
Woe to the serpent and rescue to man.
Sinners, we honor your sinless perfection;
Fallen and weak, for your pity we plead;
Grand us the shield of your sovereign protection,
Measure your aid by the depth of our need.
Bend from your throne at the voice of our crying,
Bend to this earth which your footsteps have trod;
Stretch out your arms to us, living and dying,
Mary Immaculate, Mother of God.
