A brief word word on how I became an atheist: Was ten years old, and was told that Santa Claus didn't exist. Came to the realisation that both God and good old St. Nick had supernatural powers, judged who was naughty and nice, and seemed to give you no privacy whatsoever. I connected the dots, and now the whole premise of God and religion seems ridiculous.
I will try and be as active as possible, however uni work is putting me under a lot of pressure... I'll try my best though!
Theists really hate it when you RIGHTFULLY equate the myth of Santa to their god claims. But if the books they proclaim as fact, were not written thousands of years ago, but yesterday, how many people would buy that crap? Talking snakes, magic babies, 72 virgins, multiple armed deities? How different is that from "The Force" of Star Wars or "Harry Potter" flying around on a broom?
