Bollocks; 'elderly' is anyone ten years or more older than myself. I'm 64,you don't qualify. I'm 64, you don't qualify. In reality, 'elderly' is state of mind. You certainly come across as an emitter of geriatric brain farts.

I didn't realize that age was a factor in an argument's validity.

Nonetheless, average, I get that weird uncomfortable feeling like I'm being told what is convenient rather than what is the truth when I read your posts, so I think I will carry on as if you were ageless and sexless.

Sexless? What a pity. I was so hoping for a charity root.

As an aside to both involved in this post, and I have stated in other threads, I hate the word "respect". It is nothing but a childish claim of "don't bruise my ego".

So when people say "respect is earned not given"

I like to put it this way, "If you want me to VALUE the claim you make, don't demand I do by merely making a demand, make an argument"

Everyone on any position should VALUE the human right to make ANY claim they want. But they should not expect that merely the ability to put words together and string ANY sentence together should make that claim law that is unquestionable.

"Respect" is a hollow word it, it the cry of the Alpha male and not one person who has obtained power has ever lived forever. We can only value human rights. We can only value the common we know we have. Demanding conformity is nothing but schoolyard bullying.
