Time will tell. He has not been sworn in yet. Obama called him to congratulate him and basically encourage him to be nice to his people. Egypt gets aid from the US and Morsi has implied he will reconsider a peace treaty with Israel if the aid is cut off. Morsi is trying to re-establish ties with Iran, which is probably not a preference of Israel or the US.
