The claim "God is the exception" is a logical fallacy called 'special pleading' which abrogates the premise. (a) Has a beginning. (b) has a cause. a -> b is equivalent to not b -> not a. Doesn't have a cause, implies it doesn't have a beginning. Well something is without cause, it can't be the universe since that has a beginning. |
