Firstly, it is not a real bone. Hovind acknowledges this in Part 2 of his video series; "thigh bone replica from a giant skeleton". While it is not uncommon for museums to use replicas for preservation and security reasons, this replica is not based upon an artifact. There is no "giant skeleton". There isn't a single bone. There isn't even a bone fragment.
So where did this "bone" come from? The source is the imagination of Joe Taylor of Mt Blanco Museum. Taylor received a letter claiming large skeletons were found during road construction in Turkey. Other sources claim this "discovery" was made in the 1950's but no references are provided. And like most such stories actual physical artifacts are absent. Hovind claims this "bone" was found in Egypt. Egypt? Turkey? Confused yet? (See also Ed Babinski's comments)
However, the absence of an actual bone didn't stop Taylor. He modeled the femur (thigh bone) on the normal skeleton of "one of the Malachite Man females" (also known as Moab Man) which he has in his collection. Because women's femurs have slight variations to men's Hovind's "13 foot man" is actually a woman.

BINGO
I was just about to post that very same thing. Well spotted.

there were two links provided with over 50 points of reference. Only one was addressed. why do I need to 'move' anywhere?
It starkly illuminates the sort of poor scholarship that informs every one of your posts.

The other one, the guy was just under 9 feet, still shorter than Goliath and Og by some way, and was a one in a billion extremity, not part of a population. Despite the fact that we have lots of bones of humans and human ancestors from throughout time, and despite the fact that there were apparently a population of these giants in Biblical times, there's no evidence for them.
Where does that put you?
Seriously? How long is a cubit exactly? Your forearm or mine? how long is a span your hand or mine? 9ft tall is is pretty darn close. That makes Golith's height plausable. which is what your Opening post was all about the implausablity of 'giants.' Now you are trying to save face and you seek for 'proof' to put Gaints in that time frame, which is a fools errand. For even if i provided proof you would want confirmation of the DNA to prove him to be Golith, and if by some mirical we could produce that you'd go the other way and want David's DNA, and then want 'proof' that He was killed with a sling shot, then you'd want to see the rock and the skull to match balastics...
Your orginal assertion was proven wrong because you did not even do a simple google search. Take your lumps and move on. Your only going to make this worse if you can't let things go.
Wow, the eel-wriggling begins.
Your fairy tale book talks about a RACE of giants, and iirc you babbled on about them being human-fallen-angel hybrids. Where is the evidence for colonies of such beinbeings? There is none.
