Am I not a Philistine, and you the servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves, and let him come down to me. 9 If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we will be your servants. But if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall be our servants and serve us.” 10 And the Philistine said, “I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.” 11 When Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, they were dismayed and greatly afraid.
I am not disputing that an army lead by god would not crap its pants at the sight of a big guy, but a man of that size just could not troll about normally, and would be to all intensive purposes disabled. See pictures of men above, find out about the disabilitating nature of giantism.
In fact the placement of the spear is a give away, it was obviously used to prop up the poor old bugger. Think the army of god with the ark which destroys all before it (Which must be a more effective weapon than anything NATO has in Afghanistan). Wetting themselves until some delinquent teenage shepherd does over a cripple:- What am I supposed to lean from this?
