As it stands, prostitution is illegal and thriving. Johns can treat the workers however they want (including forcing them on drugs and beating them). If we were to regulate it and have frequent check-ups, imagine how much safer the workers would be.
I don't know about that Annik. Government-approved sex? Are you going to tattoo "Grade A" on the girl's ass? And you know the jesus-freaks would be screaming for MISSIONARY POSITION ONLY.
