I was going to run, but but...my lower back hurts a little/is tired from working it out at the gym, and my legs are still tired from yesterday, and it feels like I'm gonna hurt myself if I run.
But I did work out my arms at the gym as well as lower back.
So an OK day for exercise, not as good as I hoped, but still ok.
