Absolutely. It has been said that there's no such thing as bad language, only bad people; and they can be bad in any language.
Offensive language, now, that's another subject. Personally I find a hefty percentage of the judgemental vocalisations emanating from the relevant orifices of self-aggrandised moral guardians deeply offensive, but on such differences of opinion does the world turn.
