You can put either vegetables inside or meat and potatoes. The one I ate had meat and potatoes. The problem was that it soaked a lot of the oil this time, I don't know why, so it was very bad fat/calorie wise.

The more muscle mass you build, the more fat you kill off, so if you can work out muscles, that would help.
