No, those are Amannita Muscaria commonly known as the Fly Agaric mushroom because it was used to stupefy houseflys. There was a type that grew in Siberia that were said to be hallucinogenic but that is not true of the ones in oregon. They are narcotic though, and cause vibrations in muscle tissue, a wholely odd experience that I wouldn't reccomend. They are also the mushroom that made Mario bigger in Super Mario World.
