Also, I love Zyzz.
My husband does bodybuilding... Protein... You've gotta eat massive amounts of protein. Work out a lot, rotating what parts you work. I think he does a day of chest and tris, a day for legs (hitting calves, hammies, and quads), a day of bis, traps, and back, and I can't remember what else. He does his base weight and with each set of reps he increases the amount of weight, normally 3-4 sets of each exercise. Protein before and after the workout. He also takes a slew of supplements. Your body type will either help or hinder you, but even if you have difficulty putting on weight (the worst body-type for this kind of thing) it can be done. That's my husband's body-type and he was competing in natural competitions about 7 or 8 years ago (pre-kids), he's still the same size with a wee bit more body fat (probably 5-7% now, when he was competing he'd get down to 3%). It's kind of sick actually, it's an obsession of his, not body perfection, but the workouts definitely are. If he goes more than a couple days without a workout, I've been known to kick him out of the house until he goes to the gym. Those endorphins are like crack. Downside, if anyone we know is moving... he gets asked to help.
