Im pretty sure everyone who understands written English, 'Paulbot' or not (by the way, I'm not an American, and nor is Tiberius if I recall correctly), was able to understand what Mehmet wrote*, whether or not they agree with it is a different matter.
*It's not perfect by any means, the second and last sentences in particular are a bit iffy, but the point still gets across.
