I can imagine an easy lever system attached to their mouths that could act to pull the guns trigger, I would question the dolphin's ability to discern proper targets though. Also there is an aquaman phenomenon here. So, um, how often would dolphins with guns be needed anyway? The active range of a gun underwater is dismal.
