But you can't possibly believe both men will seek the same things if elected, which one of them surely will be. No one has any clue what Romney will do if elected as he has voiced both sides of nearly every policy choice at one time or another, depending upon who he was addressing. There is every reason to think he will fall back on the same deadly mix of deregulation and trickle-down which worked so well under Bush. There is also no way to rule out an itchy trigger finger when it comes to Iran. He certainly has said plenty to indicate he would be tougher and quicker to put boots on the ground than Obama.
Romney as the president WOULD be vastly worse, except perhaps for trust-fund babies.
