No one has any clue what Romney will do if elected as he has voiced both sides of nearly every policy choice at one time or another, depending upon who he was addressing. There is every reason to think he will fall back on the same deadly mix of deregulation and trickle-down which worked so well under Bush. There is also no way to rule out an itchy trigger finger when it comes to Iran. He certainly has said plenty to indicate he would be tougher and quicker to put boots on the ground than Obama. The choice is not between a man who will continue to spy and assassinate American citizens, and a man who flip-flops on policies. There are many other candidates.
Romney as the president WOULD be vastly worse, except perhaps for trust-fund babies.
Romney as president would be vastly worse, I agree. Obama however, will be the same, or worse if he continues his campaign against basic civil rights. This is why I support third party candidates.
