Change Elvis to a 'Dallas Cowboy' or a 'Brain surgeon'
You need a real argument. You have none.
It's still off, Sir Chumpsworth. To be a Dallas Cowboy or a brain surgeon requires a significant amount of skill, learning and natural talent. There is a clear and incontestable standard for a Dallas Cowboy or a brain surgeon.
What makes a Christian legit? Ask a million Christians, get a million different answers. There's no official governing body of Christianity. There are no entrance exams. You do not need skill, learning or talent to be a Christian. There is no universally-recognized standard, because everybody interprets scripture to mean whatever they want and nobody can prove any of these interpretations to be THE correct one and the whole thing is based on fiction anyway. You can be an illiterate cumfart and still be a true Christian. I daresay that makes it a lot easier.
Claiming to be a Christian is like claiming to be a Journey fan. By what authority could one ever dispute either claim?
No, the claim does not require skill and talent. The authenticity rests in the objective validity - not the claim.
You are simply wrong to believe any claim of Christian constitutes an authentic claim. This should be obvious - even to a stupid Atheist fool, I daresay
Hey Cinjin. Listen little fellow, you need to man up and make an argument if you wan't to play hardball. Feigning laughter and empty posturing isn't fooling anyone.
