16 and 17 year olds are absolutely sexual beings
And I should certainly hope it's acceptable, because they're going to be having sex regardless 12? Not a heck of a lot to display
But it's individual... some don't really get interested for a few more years yet, and some have been more than a little interested since they were 7, when they started shaving.
