It might not even be possible for us to fathom such a universe... especially as the single linear model of time becomes harder to grasp with quantum theory. Considering the multiple options diverging from each other... there would have to be many times, spiderwebbing away from each other, and all linear. Time is relevant, after all... so each of these different threads would be constantly expanding outward with every possible divergence, with time continuing to support each one individually. A spiderweb being woven outward I think is a decent model to describe quantum theory... but I admit that I do not know everything about this theory.
But the strange thing about time... considering that it is relevant... how can it be linear? It would appear that all things 'move forward' through time... but at different rates. Is it possible... that the occurrence of time 'flowing backward' can happen as well?

Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
