That has got to be the most obtuse and ignorant statement you have made. My mother was raped when she was in her mid 50s by two guys in their mid 20s. She wasn't wearing anything "suggestive". She's was never even close to what most would call "hot". She was wearing jeans and a sweater, and not even tight genes.
Rape is ALWAYS a power and control issue, just like child molestation. It has NOTHING to do with what the person looks like or what they wear. Victims are chosen for convenience. What they wear is incidental.
If you could see the faces of all rape victims you'd know how fucking stupid a statement that is.
Nor would what a person wears in any case, even if they were naked a nudist camp, give anyone the right to touch them.
You do know that rape happens in prisons right? And done by heterosexual men. But that concept is lost on you because you have no education on how human behavior happens or what human psychology leads people to commit these crimes.
Well, most assaults are done by someone the person knew- about 75% of cases are like that. So if you hang out with better people, you eliminate most danger.
