Living and working in a Muslim country for the last 10 years has helped me focus on what religion is all about.........CONTROL! I know what it was like when I was a kid but now it's in my face constantly.
In the last year I've read a few books eg God is not Great, The Christ Conspiracy, The God Delusion etc. They really focused my attention on what religion was all about. Of course, as a kid, I was taught the Adam and Eve story
and just went along with it. The nuns in convent schools where pretty good at telling stories!
Anyway, here I am hoping to spread the word of sensibility.
