Never had a chance to choose atheism because I never moved from that position.
My family was not atheist but did not practice religion (saying grace ,go to church every sunday)
I can remember my earliest thoughts about the bible and such during the usual watching of the ten commandants and other christian movies around christmas time.......... and sitting there thinking......this is such bullshit.....it just never passed the smell test.
To this day nothing i have learned has did anything but back up my initial gut instinct.
