Granted, I cussed her out the entire video but I highly recommend Jillian Michaels' multi level workout video: the results were worth it and the 20min go by fast! She also helps you stretch before and after.

Justin seems to have it down: no un-needed sugar, LOTS of water. Oh and just being active is good tooStaying busy is always good for body and mind.
