Driving above speed limit is a crime and not a parameter which determines if one deserves equal treatment. You are the one who clearly has no idea of how a justice system works.
A justice system only has one single parameter:
All people have the same rights in public and in court.
That is it.
Your proposed justice system ignores that and treats people indifferently according to their gender and faith.
