If you want sin, then you accept that Christianity is true and you're just rebelling against its rules.
If you don't believe that it's true, then there is no sin.
Lack of evolutionary evidence? Go do research. You can not have looked hard if you think there's no evidence.

Second edit: You're not in any better position as a Christian. What about the risk of Allah/Thor/Zeus/Horus/Ares/A god that we haven't even posited the existence of?
