We have had a couple of Mormons iirc. Since departed on magical mystery tours, or that could be another forum.
Joseph Smith got his devine revelations whilst in the woods partaking of his favorite mushrooms. He came back with a couple of stainless steel tablets, that since magically disappeared. Mormons used to be very protective of the additional manuscripts they add to the bible. The book of Mormon was supposed to be a guarded secret.
On initial contact Mormons will hit you with classic Christianity. It's not until you're pretty much entrenched that the weird stuff comes out. That stuff can be pretty raunchy too.
Mormons, like JWs are non trinitarian Christians. To me, and every other mainstream Christian, that means non Christian. But the definition stands.
