Spivak's Calculus is a classic. And while Hatcher's Algebraic Topology is much further out there, it's full of miraculous goodness.
Now that you mention this though, I think I'm going to doodle a proof of Cauchy-Schwarz in the bibles of any hotel rooms I stay at in the future.
