Well most were killed. And most probably payed no intention to the science out there and books were not published on mass anyways.
Quran however remained, because, almost everyone had a Quran.

In the case of these two words, they appear all over the Quran, so there was a high chance you can cherry pick two verses with that ratio
Relax. Like Quran says "There is no force in religion".
But like you said everyone had a quran the quran supposedly has the science in, but then why not just make it clear by saying the atomic weight of a neutron is ..... and so on, rather than writing one word backwards one word forwards and correlating it to a number of a chapter.
It's basically giving very far fetched information that isn't proof that no one asked for. No one ever said "mmm this book seems like a boring book that's borrowed from the bible and the torah.......I sure wish the book said "man" the same amount of times as it said "women" then I could definitely believe it was divine......hang on a minute! IT DOES!"
I'm sure these numbers are in the book the only problem is it means nothing.
