Even if all their laws were out of wisdom and just, it would still be oppressive in that, we are negated our rights from ruling.

All this balance of power talk is really just a mess and way of compromise to oppression and blind trust.

You can count me out of the social contract. When did we all gather and agree upon it? We were just told we agree upon it and are under some social contract.

What a joke. We are a bunch of drones, everyone thinking they are free.

Bullshit! Balance of power and separation of powers is the opposite of fascism and in a very literal sense reflect evolutionary diversity. Now, where monopolies are created are through marketing and propaganda, but that does not make the tool of compromise invalid.

What would you replace it with? Let me guess, "Just do it my way"?

Or no government at all? No all that does is create a power vacuum that gets filled and not always by people who are on your side.

Our system being abused is not because of the concept, it is because the bullies with the money are gaming the system.

So the only options are mob rule by vote, dictatorship, or anarchy which just leads to power through money.

Humans evolved to be social and prefer oder, all be it through the prism of personal bias. And since we all have our own personal bias COMPROMISE WITH a ban on absolute power is the only civil way to maintain common law.

Now if you have a better government system that you'd think would work pony up with it, but dictatorships and anarchy are NOT options.

Yes, but that does not mean we have to be fatalistic because the ride is finite. Nor does it mean because others on this planet can use money to create a fascist state or a class plutocracy does not mean we don't have any power at all.

If the history of progress of ours species teaches me anything, you may fail anyway, but you are sure to fail if you don't even try.
