I do agree up to the point.

Keep trying. You will see that it applies equally for the 'spiritual arena'.
You know the saying, "Those who claim to know, know not." You've built this up beyond all reason. There certainly are insights to be had but to think any of it bestows an advantage or takes you to another realm just betrays your escapist ambitions.
Another saying you should have encountered: "Before spiritual enlightenment, chopping wood and bringing water. After spiritual enlightenment, chopping wood and bringing water." Keep trying.
