Yick. The TV was damaged while in UPS custody. The driver acknowledged the damage, but there was no visible physical damage to the product itself.

I plug it in and it's obvious that it took a significant impact to the screen. I'm guessing she fell on it with her knee or something.

Now I gotta go through a bunch of hassle. I hate shit like this.
